An inspired blend of northern Sumatran and Mexican Chiapas Organic coffees. A big, bold and smooth coffee roasted Tuscan-style... medium roast, very little oil on the bean. The crema is thick, rich and molten copper in color. Bittersweet chocolate with notes of dulce de leche.
