I received my order yesterday and am loving the fragrance of the beans.. I started with the Morning Star for breakfast and enjoyed every swallow. It’s also nice to know that it is low acid. I only had my usual one cup in the morning, and it was indeed eye opening because all my senses were present. Opening the package this morning was just the beginning, thus I don’t want to open the other packages until I am at least halfway through the Morning Star (which will take a week or two) but if the other blends are as wonderful as the Star, then I am off on a fabulous coffee journey. I was gifted a Delonghi Magnifica machine for my birthday (certainly an extravagant gift) that grinds and brews the coffee, but I didn’t have your coffee to start off, only a hohum grocery store brand.. Then I brewed my first cup of the Star, and oh, my, the kitchen is filled with aroma. It is very very creamy, so I didn’t add much milk. I just keep sniffing the opened package with the unground beans–shear heaven. I’ve never loved coffee beans so much. Can’t wait to try all the others.

After consistently ordering pounds of Morning Star for almost two years, I can say this blend is hands down superior to any coffee we’ve made/had to date. It’s so good, we grimace/wince/politely act our way through coffee served elsewhere. We have a superautomatic espresso machine and once the grinding is done and the extraction starts, the aroma of this coffee is unparalleled. The taste then follows suit. Well done, folks!
